    美式賣場好市多(Costco)擁有物美價廉的商品,成為許多家庭採購的第一首選,不過同時也伴隨著巨大份量,而那些賣不完的食物又何去何從,外媒給出解答。此外,有名網友指出,台灣好市多處理快過期食品的作法也相當貼心,讓大批網友驚呆了。綜合外媒報導,好市多的烘焙坊每天都會擺出琳瑯滿目的餅乾、蛋糕、新鮮麵包,若賣不完店家會透過「Feeding America」慈善機構,將商品捐贈到各地的食物銀行。此外,部分食品在超過賞味期限後,也會以相同方式捐贈,以免直接被丟掉。據了解,好市多是「Visionary Partners」公益機構的合作夥伴之一,每年需捐贈至少400萬美元(大約1.22億),或提供4000萬磅(大約1814萬公斤)食物雜貨以上;另一方式是捐贈200萬美元(約新台幣6141萬元)的資金,並提供2000萬磅(大約907萬公斤)食品。同時,好市多也呼籲消費者珍惜食物,盡到社會責任,如家中有不新鮮的馬芬蛋糕,仍可以重新製作成布丁等甜點,不僅能夠不浪費食物,也可搖身一變全新的美味甜點。一名網友也在Threads上分享,台灣好市多為了避免浪費食物另有一套做法,就是在閉店前的試吃活動都會額外大方,切下的麵包、蛋糕都比白天時期的還要大上許多,成為不少民眾的小確幸。貼文曝光後引起網友共鳴,紛紛留言表示「閉店前在美食區還吃到牛肉捲跟雞肉捲,切超大塊像不用錢在切」、「上次晚上去,鮭魚壽司一人一個試吃」、「有一天中午很大方試吃美心月餅欸,一小口試算了一下32元」,也有人開玩笑說道「該找人晚上去吃飯了」、「決定打烊前去吃」、「乞丐超人出動」、「下次晚餐約好市多」、「感覺月底有地方去了」。
